Laju 44 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

Welcome to laju 44. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and laju 44 as the platform operator. By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by laju 44, you hereby express your full agreement to all provisions contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are advised not to use the laju 44 platform. Continued use following any notice of amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

To be eligible to use laju 44's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• An individual or entity with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits the use of online betting platforms.
• Register as an individual in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Have not been listed on any self-exclusion programme by a recognised betting operator.

Laju 44 reserves the right to request proof of identity or other supporting documents at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) laju 44 account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing information that is true, accurate, and current including your full name, date of birth, email address, and an active Malaysian mobile number.
• Update your account information whenever your personal details change.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login details with any other party.
• Notify laju 44 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Laju 44 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised third-party access to your account where you have been negligent in safeguarding your login credentials.

Laju 44 accepts deposits via approved local Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – minimum RM10 per deposit
• GrabPay – minimum RM10 per deposit
• Boost – minimum RM10 per deposit
• ShopeePay – minimum RM10 per deposit
• DuitNow – minimum RM10 per deposit
• FPX via Maybank2u – minimum RM20 per deposit
• FPX via CIMB Clicks – minimum RM20 per deposit

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit, unless there is a technical reason acknowledged by laju 44.
• First withdrawals by new members require completed identity verification (KYC) before they can be processed.
• Laju 44 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security verification purposes for a maximum period of 48 hours.
• If a bonus is still active in your account, the bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.

Laju 44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set for each promotion. The general terms applicable to all laju 44 bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is eligible for each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash without first meeting the specified rollover requirements.
• The standard rollover for laju 44 bonuses ranges from 5x to 20x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Wagering on different games may contribute at different rates towards rollover calculations – please check the specific terms of each promotion.
• Laju 44 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• The time limit to complete a bonus rollover is specified in each promotion's terms — bonuses that expire will be forfeited automatically.

All games available on the laju 44 platform — including live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), sports (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, badminton, Formula 1), lottery, e-sports, and slots — are subject to their respective game rules, which can be found in the platform's help section.

General rules that apply to all laju 44 games:

• Game outcomes determined by the system or dealer are final and is final unless there is clear documented evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game, laju 44 will review the system logs and make a decision based on the transaction records stored on our servers.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Please review your bet details carefully before confirming.
• Laju 44 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome has become known to any party (late bets) in the context of Sports Betting.
• For sports: if a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours, all bets on that match will be voided and returned to your account balance.

You agree to:

• Use a strong password – a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols – with a minimum length of 8 characters.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an extra layer of security.

Laju 44 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You also have the right to close your account at any time by contacting the laju 44 customer support team. In the event of an account closure initiated by you:

• Any real money balance remaining in your account after deducting any outstanding debts or bonuses will be returned to you.
• Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
• You will not be able to re-register using the same details for 30 days following closure, unless the closure was for responsible gaming reasons.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation by laju 44, any balance in the account may be frozen while an investigation is ongoing. laju 44 will conclude the investigation within 14 working days and notify you of the outcome.

Laju 44 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or system failures at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, laju 44 is not liable for:

• Loss of anticipated profits, opportunities, or income arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of data or personal information resulting from unforeseen events beyond laju 44's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including laju 44's payment providers or software partners.

Laju 44's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the actual deposit amount you have placed into your account within the 30 days preceding the claim.

These laju 44 Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through an arbitration process agreed upon by both parties.
